For an event of this magnitude, many volunteers are needed before, during and after the event to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.

The team of helpers consists of around 40 young helpers between the ages of 14 and 35, who are members of the "One Step Ahead" association and the youth teams of the "Open Youth Work Rankweil" and the "Open Youth Work Frastanz".

We receive further support from parents whose children are in the are active “One Step Ahead” members or independent private individuals, who attend this event regularly and consider it a particularly important part of promoting young talent in the areas of dance, sport and culture.

The activities of the helper team start the day before at 2:00 p.m. and end the next day with the dismantling work in the old indoor pool at around 1:30 a.m. (from Saturday to
Sunday night).
